Fable 2 and 3 in gamepass on XBOX X need me to sign in with an ancient live account i don't...

it doesn't show her xbox/microsoft account in the game and she never had a xbox360 live account. The only other option is; download profile. after which you can sign in with a live account(which she never had) in order to download your old xbox360 profile (which my daughter never had). We tried signing in with her normal account but the 360 emulator sign in screen doesn't allow for spaces in the password, which she has... but that would probably just say she doen't have an old 360 profile anywayz...

you just sign in with the same Microsoft account you're using on your Xbox one games

This is the one I run but it is hit or miss. Had most of the cards for it before the plus came out I think their are like for cards that I changed into it after the plus. Make that nine.

Use it if you have the cards and wish but for me it is hit or miss. No heavy storm, no giant trunade because of the ancient gear monsters.

I am having this exact same issue. I've done every troubleshooting there is. I was able to back door 2/3 games through the gamepass app but the 3rd game still wants a payment. Everywhere on my consoles, apps and websites it tells me to sign up for xbox live. I've checked my bank account, xbox profile (subscriptions) and email to verify that I did in fact buy the subscription. Multiplayer games dont work and so one. And I know you need gamepass to get the gamepass games but you just need live to get the monthly games with gold

Well Fable is Fable...you either like it or you don't.I have 2 and 3 and the first for original x-box.I enjoyed Fable 3 much more than i did Fable 2..Fable to me is more comedy and really hard to take serious

^^^ Kingdoms of Amalur is eons above fable but the weapon system is similiar and maybe certain elements of the world.
