Extreme lag, delays happening on the xbox 360

This is terrible, and this problem is ongoing, dont know if anyone else but im very sure many other players on xbox 360 have noticed this problem is ongoing many of my friends on xbox 360 have noticed the same problem.

There is a constant delay when sending messages on the dashboard to friends, party chat invites and game invites, there is a delay when people receive them, im not the only one that experience these delays, but a lot of my friends experience the same kind
of delays, so it is not just me affected.

This never used to be a issue, there was never any delays like this in sending or receiving messages or invites to party chat or invites to games, everything was instant received.

But I have certain noticed this happen ever since the release of the xbox 1, the delays didnt happen straight away after the xbox 1 release i first saw it happen gradually, and then a few months after, the delays now happen constant every time.

My internet provider has already repaired and upgraded my internet speed, i now have a 12.5 mbps on my line, and recent tests to my line outside, has not detected any faults with the line, so the problem is not my connection.

So this all needs to be improved greatly, it certainly cant be a problem on my end like connection cause how could it be my problem with connection when other friends of mine report having the same problems with sending and receiving.

EXTREME LAG

Hey all so I've been playing xbox for about 6 years or so now and never had problems with it once aka LAG and I just moved to a new house and the second i tried playing it at my new house the lag was unbelievable like i get stuck for a couple seconds, or
ill end up somewhere i was a few seconds prior to. anyways get back on track i "fixed" my lag issue awhile ago by allowing my xbox to receive access from my router and opened it up etc,ect,etc and i went back home where i just moved from, brought my xbox for
entertainment, come back to my new house, and the lag is even worse, SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME

If you are wireless can you also state whether you are using the white or black external adapter or the Xbox 360S Internal adapter

Also please run a test here www.pingtest.net and www.speedtest.net and post the links to your test results
