    Extreme Disconnections on Xbox 360


    Hello. For over two months, I have been having constant connection issues when I use my Xbox 360. When I start the Xbox up, I will typically get a 80090304 error code. When I am playing a game, I will constantly get disconnected from Xbox Live. If I am on the dashboard NOT SIGNED INTO MY ACCOUNT, I will get disconnected from Xbox Live.

    Resetting my router DID NOT fix the problem. I have deleted and redownloaded my profile and cleared my system cache, it HAS NOT worked. Fully unplugging my console for a few hours HAS NOT worked.

    If the connection works on the mobile hotspot, the problem may be related to your router's configuration or settings. In that case, you might want to contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) for further support.

    If the issue still occurs even when using a different network, it may indicate a problem with the console’s network adapter, which could be a hardware-related issue. In that case, it would be best to visit a qualified repair center since the Xbox 360 is no longer available to send for repair or replacement.
