Whoever deals with xbox live reward needs to contact me asap as i am fuming at the fact that im automatically enrolled into US side of this when i am in the UK this is beyond a p**s take, i am fuming im losing my will to not smash my xbox 360 and xbox one
to pieces!!

I followed a link sent in an email to me to sign up to this, i got credited 10GBP in my microsoft money yet hold on im damn english not american and you pathetic waste of a company cant sort things properly!!!

put me over to UK now or i will sue you for every penny you got i have a UK IP address not US so dont you dare send me to stupid US sites that are of no use to me!

Convert my 10USD credited funds into GBP

Inability to Cancel Xbox Live through the Online "Account Manager"

so show me a working phone number then. the site creates an endless loop preventing you from reaching a phone number, and the numbers i was able to find via googled forums don't work. i'm not objecting to the automatic renewal like you suggest. i signed
up for it willingly on the belief i'd be able to cancel it when i chose to. my anger is at the extreme underhanded methods they use to prevent that.

We see that you are currently a GBR Rewards member. However, we have never Credited your account. If you received funds, they were placed there using our name. Sometimes other teams at Microsoft use the Rewards Program label to make refunds. However, if
you navigate to your MyRewards page, you will see that your lifetime Rewards Credits is 0; we have never awarded your account, so we have nothing to deposit. You would have to reach out to billing support at Xbox for more assistance on this issue.
