Extract Xbox Live rewards

Good afternoon! In this month of July 2017 I renewed Live Gold (prepaid card), bought 2 games in the salute by xbox one store and I am not able to see my extract of Xbox Live rewards, can you please check what may be happening?

Does the extraction on Gold reward stack? by stack, I mean can I get multiple commendation packs if I extract multiple times over the weekend? (not going to happen but just curious).

I have Xbox Live Rewards too but I think the $15 Rewards credit is only good if you buy the physical copy through MicrosoftStore.com...?

What offers are you looking for credits from?

As of June 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

We have not had the Credits for Xbox Live Gold Renewals offer since 2014.

I've already seen people intentionally avoiding the extraction. I don't know if this is some BSN protest, or maybe people are just unsatisfied with the current state of affairs involving the actually rewards for extraction... but I have this feeling we may
not get our "Mini Jumbo Equipment Packs" this week.
