    are you sure the other payment isn't for a subscription?

    as top payment is an automatic payment and the other payment is pending.

    check to see if you have a subscription that was renewed on the same day by going to https://account.microsoft.com/services/

    Yep.Live is a subscription service & you need a renewable payment source like a credit/debit card for pretty much all subscription services.
