    Guten Tag xbox gemeinde ich habe da ein Problem ich habe mir die seagate expansion 3tb gekauft so weit so gut sie wird auch erkannt und dort werde ich gefragt ob ich sie als Speicher für Spiele und Apps oder Medien nutzen will ich klicke auf spiele und Apps
    gebe der Festplatte einen Namen und klicke auf speichergerät formatieren so nun das Problem entweder er springt direkt zur Startseite und es passiert nichts (Festplatte wurde auch nicht formatiert) oder er springt zu dem Punkt wo man gefragt wird für was
    man die Festplatte nutzen will ich bin am verzweifeln

    Moin,

    Hatte die Xbox One paar tage nicht benutzt bzw seltener als sonst und da ist mir schon aufgefallen das bei meine Spiele und Apps nicht mehr alles angezeigt wurde bei der Speicherverwaltung habe ich dann gesehen das meine externe Festplatte nicht mehr erkannt
    wird. Ich habe alle usb ports ausbrobiert, Konsole ein und aus geschaltet auch das Netzteil vom Strom getrennt aber die externe Festplatte wird immer noch nicht erkannt ich habe es auch mit nem usb-stick versucht und der hat funktioniert nur die externe Festplatte
    nicht sie ist nur über das usb Kabel verbunden also hat keine eigene Stromversorgung ist aber auch nur eine 1TB Festplatte

    Ich bedanke mich schon mal und hoffe das ihr mir helfen könnt

    Probleme nach dem letzten großen Update

    Hi,

    ich hatte genau die gleichen Probleme mit den Spielen und Apps. Es hat nichts geholfen. Weder den Strom von der Konsole zu nehmen, noch die Spiele/Apps neu zu installieren.

    Letztendlich habe ich die Xbox in den Werkszustand zurückgesetzt. Du kannst zwei Optionen auswählen:

    1. Konsole komplett zurücksetz

    2. Spiele, Apps und Profil erhalten

    Nachdem ich dann zur Sicherheit alle meine Daten auf meine externe Festplatte gezogen habe, habe ich mich für Nr. 2 entschieden.

    Hat alles geklappt und nach der Anmeldung mit meinem Profil konnte ich wieder alles normal starten! Ich hoffe das funktioniert bei Dir auch.

    Bei mir ist es nicht anders wenn ich mal nicht spiele nutze ich meine xbox täglich für tv gucken oder 4k netflix ,prime, und disney demnächst .. Oder eben meinen reciver für sky..

    Deswegen hoffe ich die neue xbox series X die ja laut internet nur den namen (Xbox) bekommt auch genau dieses als möglichkeit dabei hat sonst wäre es mehr als schlecht hier ins haus zu kriegen da die familie es nicht erleben will wie bei der xone und alles
    tot gelegt wird was kauf grund gewesen ist.

    Ich glaube weniger da man das concept der xbox one wohl nicht so weiter führen wird und nach dem was alles schon gutes der xone weg genommen wurde ..
