    External storage detection


    My external hard drive is only being detected sometimes, if i connect it through one of the base usb ports, it doesnt show up but, if i connect it into my usb hub, it will show up and say that” this connection is too weak”. Yes i have tried all the troubleshooting
    support from microsoft and it hasnt helped. It also meets all the requirements to serve as an external hard drive. Thanks in advance!
