    external hardrives on xbox one keep getting disconected


    my 2 external segate hard drives on my xbox one keep randomly getting disconnected and having the games on them hidden ive reset the console to factory settings keeping the games and apps also removing my profile and re downloading it the hard drives light
    up so i know they are working tried clearing system cache a few times but i the hard drives keep having the same problem might it be the console is too slow

    for the box saying when xbox is turned off turn of storage there was a tick in that box so that might have solved the problem by unchecking the box
