    So I know this has been asked about already, so I’m bringing it back up. I want to be able to use several ad blockers to browse the web easier. Bookmarklets work completely fine so there’s no excuse for extensions not to either. However many have stated it could be a security issue without stating why it could be one. I highly doubt it could be one as xbox is still a version of windows, and I have never once had problems on windows with extensions, I can understand viruses but that is completely the users fault, and could be easily remedied by just adding antivirus software, it wouldn’t be hard to do and windows usually has a built in one. I see no issue with extension support and it looks as if the programming for it has only been disabled and restricted; from edge://extensions-internals “” “disabled_reasons”: [Disable_External_Extension”], “” As the programming for extension is there and edge has internal extensions there is no real/concrete reason why they couldn’t be added to xbox edge.

    They say to delete your cookies and use Microsoft edge. This totally worked for me. Give it a go?
    Hahaha! Look back at my original post. :) Edge has always worked! Its just that Edge isn’t the only browser out there, and frankly, I don’t like Edge. Microsoft’s excuse is ALWAYS: only use our stuff. Thats why they maintain the monopoly. My point is:
    their products should have maximum compatibility, if they are going to be sold world wide.

    Try some of these solutions:

    Clear browser cache: Go to the Settings menu in Microsoft Edge and select "Privacy & Security". From there, choose "Clear Browsing Data" and make sure you select the option to clear the cache. This may help resolve any caching issues that could be causing the tab refresh issue.

    Disable extensions: If you have extensions installed on Microsoft Edge, try temporarily disabling them to see if they are causing the issue. Go to the Extensions menu in Edge and disable all extensions. Restart the browser and check if the problem persists.

    Update Microsoft Edge: Make sure your Microsoft Edge browser is up to date. Sometimes Xbox system updates also include updates for Microsoft Edge. To update your console, go to the Settings menu, select "System" and "Updates" and check for available updates.

    Restart your Xbox: Sometimes a simple restart can resolve temporary glitches or conflicts. Turn off the Xbox Series X completely, wait a few seconds, then turn it back on. Launch Microsoft Edge and see if the tab refresh issue still occurs.

    Open Edge in InPrivate mode and see if that makes any difference. Select and hold (right-click) the Microsoft Edge logo in the taskbar and select New InPrivate window. In InPrivate mode, Edge loads without any apps or extensions. If everything is working fine in InPrivate mode, the culprit is likely an addon or extension.
