    Expiring Perks without Notice


    Today I noticed two perks that apparently expired TODAY. According the the FAQ notice is supposed to be sent via email and on the rewards site, but after scouring my email I find no record of ever receiving such. This does not seem reasonable. Can I have
    those perk back please.

    Nope you can goto the suspension forums for inquiry but with that name you arent going to get an appeal

    Maybe you should read the rules more less likely to lead to further punishment with names you create

    Fyi your name must be rated E for everyone no matter the excuse

    Apologies for the inconvenience. Thanks to multiple user reports, we determined an issue with perks that began tracking in November (hence why both expiring perks were dated on the same day in November). We escalated this issue to
    our web team, and they have redeployed the affected perks. We have checked your account and verified that these perks were re-sent to your account, and are now pending in your account.

    Those perks have expired. There are currently no perks for Discord or Spotify.

    Perks are rotative. Are you sure some perks just not expired? Have on checked on the Xbox app on the computer too?
