Expired xbox live code

Hi,

I was hoping someone from support services can help. I bought 3 months of xbox live and received my code for my 3 free months of xbox live. However, I didn't notice the expiration date as being June 30,2018 until I recently went online to activate the
subscription.

Is there any way I can have a new code sent to me or have my current code re-activated so I can utilize those 3 months of xbox live?

Afraid not Chris. The codes expire for a reason. If it was July 1st maybe. Best I can say is to get another 3-month code or pay outright for a year sub.

Support would not be able to replace the code. However, this code was purchased with a 3rd party retailer so it is possible to go back to the place of purchase and request a reimbursement. Inform them that the code is expired and bring the receipt as well
(sometimes they keep the receipts in their systems for a certain amount of time).
