    I have an expired promotional code for a $5 gift card after receiving a message from Xbox live back in April 2017 but did not redeem it in time due to personal circumstances and not logging into the account. I spoke to someone through Xbox chat and they
    told my to post on here to recieve an answer on wether I will a new code or not

    Some trial/promo codes cannot be stacked, or the code has actually expired. You will have to contact the supplier of the code.

    I received a promo code prior to christmas for $25 i was saving it for a game and didnt know it had an expiration date. I contacted xbox support and they sent me here the support case i opened was 1339311625. If there is any hope I would like to get the

    How to check a digital code’s expiry date

    They don't expire unless you are using promo codes or triala

    Or ms points on which case they expired over 10 years ago

    Promo codes list the expiry on the card

    However if it year one or launch codes then they expire after the first tyear

    If ita a discontinuud games then they expired when the game discontinues

    Or if like Diablo 3 inferno codes they don't apply anymore because you no longer need the item for experience
