Expired payment notifications keep showing up on Xbox/Gamepass UI for Windows

And remove your debit or credit card from the account, after that add it again.

Since Xbox 1 Launched, for me, the dash brings up a pop up box even when X friends come online. We're no longer friends and not following each other, yet the dash always shows a pop up notification when they come online. I agree with Lei Fang, it must be
a glitch. I like like the Windows 10 feel of Xbox 1's UI which it has now, but I'm still getting those notifications of when X friends come online.

I guess you missed the part where I said it KEEPS doing it (although that was like... the entire post). IT's like once a week... or maybe it's one of the rare times i reboot or actually turn my pc off. But obviously i close the notifications... it just won't freaking stop. Where's the damn setting to turn it off or even DELETE the damn offer without turning off all notifications for the Xbox "app"?

When i say it won't stop telling me, i mean my pc itself. It pushes that notification to windows 10 and that's what's popping up. IF I go in the Xbox app, there's that icon bell up top. EVERY TIME I open that app there's 1 notification. I click on that, it's telling me i have a free trial for freaking Gamepass. I dismiss that. Next time I open it it's back, there's another notification waiting and it's the same damn one... I suppose I can wait till 7/23/2023 when the offer expires and it'll finally shut up.... /sarcasm

Verify the account you're signed in with to the Xbox (Beta) app and Xbox Console Companion App is the account that has the subscription. Where is the notification tat your subscription is about to expire?

Another thing to verify is, on your
Microsoft Account page, click Services & Subscriptions and, just to double check, verify it's set up for auto-renew. Also check which payment method is being used for the subscription. Then check that payment method under Payments & Billing > Payment
Options and verify that it is still listed as valid and not going to expire.

The gamepass expired but I'm not on the 24 months gamepass plan I claimed. I've tried changing my location for the 'included with Xbox' option to show in settings but that doesn't work.
