Expired Groove music code

At the beginning of the year I decided to take advantage of a free trial for one month of Groove music. However, before my trial period ended I stopped using it as I didn't have much time or interest in it. As a part of the promotion I received a code for
three additional months of Groove music. The code I am referencing today is the following: YF443-PH234-62PR4-34KP6-VRHYZ

At one point I tried to redeem the code for three (3) months of Groove music but was unable to due to there being a balance owed on my account for Groove, I discovered that even though I was not using it, my subscription was still active and attempting to
charge my Paypal, which failed, causing a balance to appear on my account.

Just today I decided to give it a second chance because I remembered that on February 9th I was issued a code via Xbox Live messaging from Xbox Live for three months free of Groove music that I was unable to redeem at the time i got it due to the reason
I stated above. I've already settled my balance, but to my dismay I discovered that the code expired on March 31, 2017, rendering it unusable.

I'd really like to be able to try it out again to possibly see if I want to become a long-term customer of Groove as I have been Xbox. If anyone could help me I would forever appreciate it, and I thank you in advance for taking the time out to read my post

Trouble with Groove prepaid code

Hello,

I redeemed my Microsoft Rewards Points to get 3 months of Groove music and 1 month of Groove music a few months ago. I tried to redeem them today and it stated they were expired. Can I please get a refund of my points or get Xbox live instead. I know Microsoft
is sending out emails to people who redeemed for Grooves passes, but I did mine a while ago so I might not get it. Here's a case number for more reference 1401577157

Groove Music 3 month trial expired

I tried to redeem the groove music pass code for the free trial of 3 extra months and when I went to redeem the code it said the code had been expired and non redeemable.
