    A while back, I receive a content code from Xbox live gifteng me an exclusive halo vehicle for forza horizon 3 because of my "loyalty to the halo franchise".

    After a while, I decided to purchase the game. The message containing my exclusive content was gone.

    I was told by a Microsoft support staff member to use these forums to help get my exclusive content.

    I was rather looking forward to using that content and was one of the reasons I decided to purchase the game.

    The support staff member said I would get the content back, but this is my first time using these forums, so I'm not sure how it works.

    Unable to redeem Tomb Raider Guerilla Skin and Shanty Town MP Map

    My research shows that the error message means the codes are invalid. This is more likely due to either the code being expired or that the content is no longer available.

    No it's not. They also expired it early.

    I used a 10% code today (personalised). Had to sign up to voucher cloud though to receive it and expires in 4 days.

    Could always give that a go.

    Is the code on a card or in an email? There should be an expiration date in the fine print along the bottom. If this is an older code, it may have actually expired. Or if the code was promotional content, such as a code from a game case, then it too may
    expire after some time. That being said, if either of those suggestions are the case, then there isn't much else that can be done about expired codes.

    Do 360 DLC codes nolonger work?

    Double check that the 5x5 code to ensure accuracy.

    It is possible that the content was removed or the code has expired however.

    I was able to redeem a code of a dlc from Kinect sports and is a content some old.
