    I purchased a console bundle on September 2, 2017 that was supposed to come with a free game download but the redemption code says it expired on December 31, 2016. How can I get this code replaced since that is a big reason I purchased this Xbox bundle.

    Missing DLC for Xbox One FIFA 16 1TB Bundle

    Hey charlottejai,

    The three loan packs included in the Xbox One bundle do not expire, however the codes you get for pre-ordering FIFA 16 do expire. I recommend reaching out to EA again to inquire why those packs disappeared, and explain that the packs included in the console
    bundle do not expire.

    You can try it, and if it does not work, contact the support chat on xbox.com, if the code is part of a bundle it should only expire until the console is discontinued.

    Sorry to hear of the issue, but codes that come bundled with consoles do have expiry dates. Your console may have been in stock in the shop for quite some time, hence why the code has expired. there is nothing that can be done.

    Hi, typically digital codes inside the bundles have an expiry date, but you cannot know when it is without opening the bundle. If you have bought a bundle with expired code inside you could try to contact the support and explain the situation, since the
    code was expired when the bundle was still in the dealers hands, it is not your fault and the support should be able to help you:
