    About a year ago, I had my primary payment option and with it, the realms for minecraft subscription. I had it for a while until one day my card expires, but instead of letting me switch the subscription to a new payment, it no longer shows, but says its
    still there. This is all on xbox btw. So i go to the microsoft website to change the subscription payment method on there, but it is not allowing me to access the subscriptions page on the website. It always just says try again. So now i can no longer manage
    any of my subscriptions and am stuck paying them until i can access that part of the website. Please help.

    Hey, there. I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble accessing your subscriptions.

    This page should help you with the basic steps: https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/subscriptions-billing/manage-subscriptions/viewing-and-managing-your-memberships

    However, if this doesn’t seem to work for you, try signing out of your account to refresh the page, then sign in to your Services and Subscriptions
    page     with your Microsoft account.

    Hi there,

    Is just the subscription page not showing for you?

    Are you able to add a new payment option to your account either through the console, or the website?

    You'll want to make sure a new payment option on the
    Payment and billing page     before you change the subscriptions over to it and remove the old payment method.

    In order to remove your payment method from your XBOX Live account 3 conditions need to be met.

    • Automatic Renewal needs to be turned off. To learn how to do this click
      here      .
    • Your account cannot have an XBOX Live Gold Subscription on it.
    • You cannot have any sort of billing/payment violations on the account (ie: past due payments/expired credit card)
    If your card is expired, you will need to add a new payment method before being able to remove the old expired card.

    EA Access can only be purchased via credit card/paypal or by purchasing a prepaid EA Access subscription card from a retailer. Currency on your account cannot be used to purchase third party subscriptions.

    Bought a Xbox Code but cannot buy EA Access

    Since EA Access is a third party subscription, it cannot be purchased with Microsoft currency. You can only purchase the subscription with a credit card/Paypal at the moment. They are planning on selling prepaid subscription cards in the future.
