    Experiencing Black Screen Issue


    With my Xbox x and LG C8 OLED, I'm experiencing a handshake issue. After about 10 minutes, the screen goes black, but the sound continues to play. A "no signal" warning comes on my screen, and after about 15 seconds, the image returns. However, this cycle repeats every few minutes.

    I have so far used three completely new HDMI cables, changed every setting in the Xbox menu, and verified that both the TV and the Xbox have the most recent firmware. The issue only affects HDR video games and movies.

    Is anyone here, who can help me with this?????

    Yeah! this is common issue, I was able to fix this problem by turning off the tv by completely unplugging it from the wall. Here is a guide that might help you. One more thing shine a flashlight on your screen, if you see a picture then you might need to contact a technician.

    1. Is the HDMI use meet the standard of the device?
    2. Have you check all connections properly attached?
    3. Have your tried connecting it to another device?

    3. Unplug all unnecessary accessories

    4. Try a BIOS/UEFI reset and check the boot order

    7. Roll back or update all drivers in Safe Mode
