Expensiv Game in MS Store

Hey all together,

i really wanna buy this game as a digital Copy on my German Xbox One because i don't like to put in Discs all the time. There is one really big Problem in the german Microsoft Store for digital Copies, they are more expensive than in other Shops lika Amazon.

e.g. NBA 2k14 is in the Store right now for 57,99 € in the German Amazon Online Shop (shipping, Disc, Manual...included) for only 37,99 €.

In my thought that is not that god as the community want. Please help me to get my digital Copys for at least the same minimal Price as in other Shops.

Prices for digital games compared to discs

Can anyone from MS give a reason as to why Digital Games are generally more expensive than the disc version of the same game?? i'm pretty sure digital versions of the games are cutting out the middle man (Game Stores and disc creation) so why are they more
expensive??

 

Unfortunately there's nothing we can do to change that. I agree that some of the in store prices can be a bit steep (varies from country to country), but that is their option and we can either play by it or leave it.

 

I'll stick to burning a few extra calories by getting off my duff and putting in the disc lol.

 

It's not exactly hard or inconvenient. It's like, how many games does one plan on playing in a day to the point where it would become annoying? Some of my friends will pop up in the feed box having played 4 or 5 games within 10 minutes and I'm thinking,
jeez bad case of 'I can't make my mind up' today.

Because at least in the states Digital prices of the games are the Full price of the title when it was released unless MS or the publisher asks for it to be lowered. MS for the longest time never made the digital games on 360 somewhat on parity with the
disc based versions but within the past year or 2 they have started to on 360 like with Saints Row 4 ( Full price is $29.99) , Tales OF Vesperia which is $14.99 or $19.99 which is actually cheaper then suggested retail price of $29.99 or where you can actually
find it used , And some other games that I have noticed but forgot the names of them

 

Game is still $60 and the real NBA season is over. Why would anyone wanna pay full price for a game when the new 2015 version be out in 5 months? I would of bought this game if it was like $20 digital. Not paying $60 when a newer version on its way.
