I Pre-Ordered Quantum Break on April 4, 2016 and I have not yet received the codes for Alan Wake, DLC, American Nightmare, or the Windows 10 version of Quantum Break. I would like to receive these codes soon. Thank You.

Pre-ordering a code to redeem the digital version of Quantum Break through the Xbox Store before the launch of Quantum Break (which was April 5th, 2016) would have included the digital pre-order bonuses. However the disc version would not have been eligible.

The disc version of Quantum Break is not eligible for the Quantum Break on Windows 10 code. For further information, check out the Quantum Break on Windows 10 FAQ. Since the disc version
is not eligible, I'm afraid we're unable to assist further regarding this issue.
