Excuse me I need help logging in to my account I have none of the recovery options and cant...

none of it works I cant contact PS support and cant unlink my Microsoft account it wont even give me the option.

All I need to know is how to unlink my Microsoft account to my ps4 then I'm good, so can u please tell me how to do that. (cant do it in Minecraft settings, wont give the option)

Almost a month later and still no resolution no response back or email follow up after 3 days from filing a different recovery form and a 2 hour convo on the phone. This is poor excuse of help for a billion dollar company. Thousands of dollars spent through microsoft and cant even access my home xbox or my work account info due to this problem. Creating a new account and forgetting it is not an option. Very disappointed.

Try these steps to access your account-

Go to account.live.com-

under the login go to cant access my account-

Put in the email address associated with your account then do the captcha.

After that go ahead and have the system send you a reset link OR they may have other options such as phone number, secret question, etc...

If you do not have access to any of these options there is another link- "none of these options will work"-go ahead and click this.

Fill out the Account recovery form-it will ask for some information; if it comes back accepted then you will just have to follow the link to reset the password- IF IT COMES BACK DENIED saying sorry but no enough information was provided SAVE THAT EMAIL-
you will need the ONLINE REQUEST RECOVERY NUMBER in this email.

After getting the email give xbox live support a call at 1-800-4my-xbox, You will need to be able to get access into your account in order for them to help you though so make sure you know your information.

IF ALL ELSE FAILS you could try the forums at answer.microsoft.com.

You need to reset your proofs by logging in and reset your proofs however you cant do anything for 30days

Unfortunately since you cant login you are going to have to go thru the password recovery proccess and fill out the form
