"Were you gold when you added the new membership? If so then rewards points won't be added to the pending list until the actual renewal date. For example if you added gold on the 25th of May but your membership doesn't expire until June 2nd then points
won't be added till after June 2nd.

You should post in the Rewards forums for more clarification though forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx".

Non je pense pas que vous soyez puni , pour être certain vous pouvez aller vérifier ici > https://enforcement.xbox.com vote dossier doit être vierge.. sinon cliquez dessus pour en
connaitre les raisons...

Vérifier aussi votre compte ici > https://account.microsoft.com/family/ celui ci doit être adulte (écrit avant votre email) si c'est enfant contacter celui qui est adulte
dans la liste.

Vous pouvez aussi essayer de changer les paramètres généraux via la web et non la Xbox ( une fois fait via le web , supprimer votre compte de la console puis l'ajouter de nouveau pour synchroniser les infos ).

Effectivement je suis inscrit un programme insider. Mais je ne vois pas en quoi je ne peux pas changer certaines options qui me posent problèmes tels que parler avec mon microphone dans le jeu.

A aucun moment j'ai vu un menu xbox d'une personne qui est insider. Je suis inscrit au programme insider de Sea of Thieves et seulement moi et uniquement moi a eu accès aux informations "secrètes" donc si je comprends bien j'ai une sanction ?
