    Exclusive RIPOFF from xbox Promos


    I purchased the Exclusive Gold 3 month membership which was to come with a $10.00 credit...took their money from my account, and did not credit the $10.00 for the xbox store....no credit given....support is worthless, they keep you online forever and give
    no answers, just a bunch of questions, no answers....a multi-million, billion dollar company sticking to the paycheck to paycheck guy...go figure

    If yoi read the promotion when you do buy the plan it has to be with a creditcard not a prepaid membership codw

    If you bought it with a creditcard then you should always rwad the bottom of thw ad

    It says you will get it in 4 weeks
