    today I just redeemed my VIP gyms for $10 in Xbox Live currency but I got the wrong reward I got the 1000 gems for gigantic is it possible to exchange it for the other prize

    Other than taking it back to GAME & getting an exchange there's nothing else you can do really.

    As long as you have your receipt or GAME reward card there shouldn't be a problem exchanging it.

    That's odd. The 10,000 Rewards Credits item has been out of stock for quite some time. Are you certain that you didn't accidentally select the wrong item?

    Either way hopefully support can get you sorted out. Exchanging a reward :)

    I've been waiting for the 5,000 points to come open so I can redeem it in time for the Spring sale, but alas it's been out for stock forever as well.

    The vault Credits have been out of stock for the last few days. We see that you claimed both the Gigantic Gems and a Overwatch Wallpaper.

    There are currently no offers that award Credits for gamerscore.

    There are no offers to receive credits for gamerscore and since gamerscore had no monetary value it cannot be exchanged for funds.
