Exchanged VIP Gems fro VISA cards

Hello. I used most of my remaining VIP gems to redeem two VISA prepaid cards but I don´t know how I´m going to receive them.

In the rewards page the history shows that the gems were used for both of the cards along with the date I redeemed them, but i was expecting an email confirming the exchange or a shipping date or instructions of how to get the physical cards.

What is the procedure?

Not received reward

hi I recently redeemed a $10 VISA card using 500 gems on Xbox live rewards. However I did not receive an email to claim this reward.

My gems are gone and I have the proof of transaction on “my VIP perks and gems statement”

You would be emailed a code to redeem at prepaiddigitalsolutions.com From their you would choose whether to receive a digital card or have a physical card mailed to you.
