    You would have to try contacting the retailer you purchased the card from to see if they will exchange it for an Xbox gift card, but there is no other way to change the card.

    You would have to contact the retailer it was purchased from to see if they will exchange it. Otherwise, there is no way to convert it into a gift card.

    I'm afraid to say that it is not possible to change an Xbox Live card to an Xbox gift card.

    As the retailer is not able to exchange them, I recommend to your grandson to try selling these cards to someone else or online to someone who they trust

    No my grandson purchased $90 of Xbox live cards thinking they were regular cards. We have a game pass so don’t need them. The retailer will not exchange or refund
