Thanks for reaching out to us for this issue. I apologize for the frustration that you're feeling concerning this Avatar outfit. When

searched via the Microsoft store under the Avatar items department for Warframe, the two results that appeared were the

Warframe Excalibur Helmet and the
Warframe Excalibur Outfit; however, when the Outfit item is selected, it does show that that item is no longer available in the Avatar store. We are unsure when it was no longer available in the Avatar store (for purchase or otherwise), but this may explain
why you didn't receive the item upon completion of the requirements to receive it at no cost.

However, I did not receive the redemption code nor the avatar upon completing that achievement in Feb 2018.

So I had the same question, but when I searched the outfit, it's still there, I just never got the code to get it for free.

if you don't receive it, try to contact support to see if they can do anything.
