    Evolve game progress resets due to data not syncing.


    This issue is only seen on the Xbox One. You try signing into Evolve, and the game tells you it is syncing data and it fails to do so. Eventually after a few tries I was able to get into the game, only to see that all of my progress (levels, unlocks, etc.)
    was reset. This issue seems to be on Xbox's end, considering the game data is unable to sync as opposed to an in-game error.

    fallout4 and syncing data/cloud to console fail

    hello.

    after being prompted to clear local saved games by console to due not syncing correctly i have been unable to re-sync data.

    all other games have, albeit slowly

    cache cleared

    persistent storage (blue-ray drive) also cleared

    shutting down console unplugging power etc.

    restarting game syncing data message. progress bar does not display 0%. does not start.

    only option available is cancel syncing.

    support helped best as possible.

    please advise/make aware.

    LOST SAVED DATA FOR WITCHER 3

    Hi, i just finished updating witcher 3 yesterday but when i started the game, after syncing the data when i got to main menu there was no sign of my saved game & i could only start a new game . i had 50% game progress . i tried hard reset & ... . any suggestions

    Ark Survival Evolved Game Preview

    The reset is required when the data doesn't sync or there are problems with the current saved data. In any event I suggest you to try reset and keep games and apps. Keep in mind you might lose game progress in both events.

    Yes. The reset did work in this case. Thx. Wasnt too much hassle to just log into my user account again to sync game progress data.

    If I do that it is not going to reset my online games data right ? i mean that as in ill Still have all my progression in online games saved?
    Your progress is saved doing this and it's also on the xbox servers to sync with. You don't lose progress.

    Wordament is not saving games.

    To reset your Xbox data, go to Settings, APPs, Apps & Features, scroll to Xbox icons. You will see two or three Xbox icons each one will need to be reset. Click on the first one, select advanced options,
    click Reset button, I did it twice to make sure. I should show app: 0 bytes and data is 8.0 KB.
    Once you have reset all three, reboot your system. Restart the game."

    In addition to resetting the three xbox apps, I also reset the Ultimate Word Games App and the Microsoft Store App before restarting (I read on another post that this can help as well).

    Once I restarted the game the Sync Data screen popped up and began to sync again. Once the sync was done I did get the error message about being unable to sync, I clicked "Try Again" and then the
    game finally opened with my saved progress.
