    Evil Ninja Guardian Avatar will not allow Avatar Pic on XB1


    Subject says it all. I've called support 4 different times. I can wear the outfit. Others can see it via Avatar App. I can use it in A World of Keflings, but It just will NOT let me make an Avatar Profile Pic! Please Help! I have hard reset, removed my account
    and reloaded it. Went onto the 360, uninstalled it, re-installed it. took it off then went back on One and put it on. Nothing works. I get no error code when trying to save. It tells me the save was successful, then it refreshes but nothing changes.

    where is ur gamer pic from

    My avatar, the NGII master ninja pic is my 2nd favorite. But like GoW's Seriously pic, I saw it too often on other profiles to enjoy using it myself.

    Are avatars even a thing anymore?

    Ive made my avatar my gamer pic on the xb1. The only thing which annoyed me is that I had a little dragon pet which doesnt show up :/.

    Purchased gamer pic not available.

    Many of my friends are able to still use their pics when they switched to xb1. Mine was displayed until the console asked me to update my avatar, which I didn't want to use in the first place. I feel like in order to get my pic back, I have to buy a 360
    again just to have it displayed.

    Do you happen to know if they are going to allow the pics on xb1 in the near future?
