    Evidently an issue with my account?


    I received an email that says "There seems to be an issue with your account: please reach out to our

    support forum team
    ." I looked, and I have quite a few more rewards points than the 5,000 necessary to get a deposit, and nothing has been deposited in a few months. Previously, I had earned a mountain of points and not received a deposit in a couple of
    years, but that got fixed earlier this year and I receveived those credits. I thought the problem was just solved and that I wouldn't need to worry anymore, but evidently I was wrong. What can be done to fix this?

    Xbox one buzzing ?

    I have the same problem with Farming Simulator, not even playing online. Buzz, lock-up, restart 3 or 4 times in a row every time. So, evidently it's not a connection issue.

  3. Account suspended until I update my payment option

    same issue evidently i renewed for 3 months back in november and tacked on a month ontop of that > now i am recieveing emails about a payment that didnt go through via paypal >but on paypals overview no charges to billing@microsoft now im getting spammed
    by billing@ microsoft

    PS when i called CS evidently they were have computer troubles the technician got BSoD and told me to call back i did and evidently my account was flagged for fraud yet paypal CS number says no bills were showing up via billing@microsoft so IDK WTH is going

    Hello vulgarcfh77,

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
    This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. While they have been able to provide fixed deposits at certain deposit dates, at the moment we
    have not received an estimate on when this problem will be fully resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Xbox law enforcement team, please provide a reasonable explanation of your punishment

    The current issue is that it is not clear whether the rules have been violated, as there is no evidence to prove the violation. In this situation, no one knows why their account is banned! What did my account do? Why? Why is it not prohibited for 3 days, 7 days, and 15 days in the options? Directly permanently prohibited?

    Make sure you sign in with the Microsoft Account email of the account that got the suspension on the Enforcement Website at
    https://enforcement.xbox.com .

    After signing in, you should see a yellow/orange tile with a hammer on it.

    Click on that tile and you should see a list of suspensions for your account.

    After 24 hours from the start of the suspension, you can then try to file a case review for that suspension.

    When you have the chance to have them review the case, do NOT waste your chance by telling them "I did nothing".

    Every time someone sends in a report, the consoles involved will collect data and telemetry and send that in along with the report. So the actual human being at the Enforcement team has some evidence to work with to help them decide if the Code of Conduct
    and Terms of Use had been violated or not.

    If the evidence provided hints at a breach of those rules, they issue the suspension. So they DO have had some evidence that caused them to issue that suspension.

    If you still think that the suspension is unjustified, you should explain how the evidence could have been misinterpreted and that their decision to suspend you was incorrect due to misleading evidence.

    Also explain how that evidence could be misunderstood.

    No. The enforcement team would investigate and if they don't see evidence of what is mentioned in the report, they won't issue a suspension. If they do see evidence of what was mentioned, or something else that violates the code of conduct, they will issue
    a suspension.
