Everytime i try to renew my realm it creates a new realm. It has costed me alot of money....

I am dealing with the same issue, it has occurred to me just now.

Sorry to hear your Realm is still showing as expired. Can you please try to go in here and check if your Realm is listed as active under your subscriptions? https://account.microsoft.com/services

When you go to Minecraft > Settings > Subscriptions > My subscriptions. The only Realm listed in here is the expired Realm that you renewed? Or is there a new Realm? Because sometimes when you renew a Realm server, instead of it renewing that Realm, it creates a new one so I want to check if that is what happened in your case.

I attempted to purchase minecraft realms on my switch in December. Microsoft took my coins and said "It was unable to create the realm at this time" After coming back to it I saw the error was gone however my realm was not created and nor was my
money refunded to me. Trying to contact support was fruitless as they refused to reply. Where can I contact to have my money refunded to me?

I have exactly the same issue, and it has happened twice to me now. The Realm says it has expired even though the recurring billing function charged me on the renewal date, then a few days later the realm says expired, and so I click renew and it charges me for a new realm as well. I am currently being charged for 3 realms when I actually only have 1!!!

Can someone please help.

For me I was having an issue with a realm I already had. It took the money but it wouldn’t renew. They refunded the money and then I had to start a new realm. I had to call Microsoft to get things fixed, the chat and email messages were not getting anywhere.
