Everytime I try to log in to my xbox rewards account it logs my back out

Every time I try and log into my "my rewards account" it logs my in , then instantly logs me out and puts me back to the login page. and does this every time ... I haven't been able to log in for about a year now

Party overlay

Yesterday, was playing online with a friend using in game voice chat. I had party overlay off. Upon finishing our game, I closed out of the game and logged out of my Xbox account. Powered down my Xbox via controller. Ten minutes later my son logged in to HIS Xbox account. In the upper left corner, the party overlay was on. My friends gamertag was listed. My son and my friend have never been friends on the Xbox. It would not go away. I logged back into my account, deleted our friendship, even blocked my friend. Still nothing! My son and I are not friends on Xbox. I called my friend, he logged off and turned his Xbox off, still nothing. I did a power cycle restart via the Xbox button on the Xbox. That took care of the issue. Any suggestions so I do not have to go through all that Everytime I play? Anyone else have this issue?

No I just have one profile. it was working perfectly fine until I try downloading that app. I got the screen that said confirm purchase or cancel or whatever and I clicked confirm (because it's free) and I got that loading circle spinning thing in the center and it just stopped after a few seconds. I restarted my console and logged back into xbox live to restart it and it logged me in, I got that notification on the bottom of the screen and everything saying it logged me in, and then it froze before it went away. Everytime I kept restarting and logging back in, I got the same result. I restarted it once more and this time, I skipped the log in and it went fine, I could go back and forth between the sections on the dashboard and everything. I tried logging into my live account again while ON the dashboard, and it logged it in and froze on me again.
