    Everytime I try to load a downloaded game it kicks me back to my home screen and sometimes...


    It started when my NBA2k23 froze so I just turned it off went to bed but the next day I tried to hop on apex and as it was loading it kicked me back to the main screen and after deleting games and redownloading games and even a factory reset and I'm still having the same problem for all my games it won't load and now when I try it brings up a static screen similar to what you would see on an old TV with no cable.

    Seems like you have performed all the necessary steps. Do you have an external hard drive plugged into your console? If yes, please unplug the hard drive and then perform a power cycle before attempting to install a game again, keep the hard drive unplugged.

    Were you able to reset the console removing everything? That will be the last resort before having it checked through Microsoft.

    I do not have a external hard drive and have already tried the cycle power option and still to no avail. Is there anything else you think might work or should I just take it to a professional to try and get it fixed.
