    Everytime I try to launch Fifa 23 it pops up with a message saying your trial has expired...

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Make sure that the Xbox is reading the didsc. Kindly try a different disc game and check if the same issue will occur.

    Also, please perform a power cycle on your console.

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    My game is showing as a trial but I have purchased the full game?

    I’m having the same issue I have the physical version of FIFA 23 and occasionally when I launch the game to play it says start free trial and doesn’t launch the disc . Something that’s been happening since launch for me and it should need me to uninstall it reinstall it to make it work

    Yes i am trying to play and it still wont let me. And i have never game shared with anyone. The error message says

    “Error 0x82D40007 occurs when you launch a game. Sign in with the account that purchased the game or app, or, if its a trial version that has expired, purchase the game or app from the Microsoft store” The games are still up on gamepass i believe
