    Visit your Xbox profile's privacy settings: https://account.xbox.com/Settings

    Go to the "Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Windows 10 devices Online Safety" tab.

    Make sure "Join multiplayer games" and "You can play with players outside of Xbox Live" are set to allow.
