Everytime i log in to my account, it says account does not exist.

Step 3: If you have the Credit Card on file, you can use it to your other account > Sign in at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments > Under "Don't recognize a charge on your bank statement?" click Investigate. Add the card that was linked to your previous account. This will display all transactions made with this payment method, including those from another user on their own account. Locate and click on the transaction that matches the amount on your card to view more details. You will see a partially censored email address. Check if you recognize it or ask others in your household if it looks familiar.

I to have this problem, I was surprised when it wont send that one time code to log in, but it won't send, I tried registering it, the account is as if it never existed, last time I used this account, played minecraft with Realms with friends was 9 months ago, now it won't work, I tried registering it, It registered a new account under the Gmail I'm using, that wasn't supposed to happen if the Gmail is already used for an existing account.

Why can't I log into my xbox account? Every time I log in it says my account doesn't exist...I tried my other Microsoft accounts and its still saying the same thing your account doesn't exist. I don't recall deleting my account or confirming to have it
be taken down.

My main problem is that when I try to log in, is it says that account doesn't exist. But my account exist as I can see it in the friends list of my other account.
