Everytime I join Minecraft, it doesn't allow me to play Multiplayer, please help!

I always played with my friends on Minecraft, no issues at all. However, the next day (day after playing with them), a message popped up on my screen.

On the WORLDS tab, it said, "You cannot play on Realms because of how your Microsoft Account is set up. Please ensure your online safety settings allow Multiplayer and Clubs. See instructions for changing these settings at ---------."

The weird part is that "You can join multiplayer games" & "You can join cross-network play" are both on. I reseted and redownloaded the game multiple times and yet, it still doesn't allow me to play with my friends. Every other game works, except Minecraft.

If you know what may be the problem, please give me the solution ASAP, thank you.

This can be a bit dumb, but do you have a game pass ultimate or Xbox live gold subscription active in your account?

I ask this because most of the paid games has this extra requirement

In the meantime please try this
1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

After that, try to remove and re-add your profile on the console.

Also disconnect your router from power for about 3 minutes. Then connect it again an when everything is working, try again

Hello Belle, everytime i resubmit and delete and reinstall the game it works.

But for only like 10 seconds...
It allows me to access multiplayer but as soon as i try join a server it says "microsoft account doesn't allow you to play multiplayer"

Ive uninstalled all apps now and will try again later

Hi, thanks for taking your time to help me! I just bought the account yesterday and had some errors with the parental allowance so I tried changing the birth date in order to buy it. It worked but then the previous issues came in, which now also disappeared after doing nothing. I guess it took a while to process the changes, but it works now! Thanks for your help!

Have you recently made changes on your account birthdate?

Try reinstalling the game to see if that helps. Log out and log back in to the game.
