    Everytime I access video streaming, green screen. (Beta preview)


    Every single time I boot, Netflix, disney plus, shudder, etc. the app will load fine, then as soon as i hit play, a bright green image appears on the screen. It’s done this off and on for the past three flights.

    I can’t report it immediately, because my screen doesn’t allow me to see anything till I restart.

    My ps5, google tv and Apple TV all work flawlessly. (Dolby vision and HDR all set on and auto)

    Anyone else experience this?

    Xbox static boot up screen and green with streaming Videos.

    You know the little short video that plays on an xbox one x before the xbox green screen logo? Thats when its static/snowy. Then it shows the normal xbox logo. When trying to use any video streaming app is when all i see is green screen with audio.

    I tried what you suggested, it went to 680x680 like you said but it only dispayed the static/snowy screen in lower quality and still experienced the green screen with audio only on netflix and hulu.

    Hi Hydro Skillet, I've spoken to Xbox support as well and they suggested the same link but everytime I try to access the preview forum it says group not found. I am definitely a member though as I recieve messages with codes for access to betas and the like
    stating I'm a preview member. It's just a tad confusing I'm sure you can appreciate :)
