Everytime an update occurs, game won´t update

Hello friends,

of course i googled my problem but since no satisfying answer was given, i thought it is a good time to ask here.

I joined SHADOW from Blade, because my PC died and i never encountered any problems concerning the MS store.

But now every Gamepass title i play won´t update the way it should be.

Let´s take SoD2 as my main example. If there´s an update, i try and initiate it manually and i get the "Code: 0x87E00013" error, or something similar. I downloaded this game so often that it is starting to frustrate me. Even when i download the game again,
it still happens that after starting the game it asks for another update, which again won´t load.

Gears 5 is the same story but worse, because i can´t even install the extra assets. Same with FF15.

Seriously what is happening?

I thought by now the problem should be fixed, i read about this problem since gears5 launched.

Any tipp is highly appreciated.
