    Hello Microsoft Team!

    My Microsoft account was deleted, and so now I cannot play any games that are owned by Microsoft or Xbox.
    I tried to play a game called Forza Horizon 5 this morning and the game wouldn't let me play, it kept saying that my Microsoft account did not exist. I had to make a new Microsoft account under the EXACT SAME email address, meaning Microsoft deleted my account for some reason. I can't play Minecraft anymore either, it just wants me to use the demo when I already had an account, I've had it for years. My Minecraft username was axolost, and my old Xbox account name was
    AquaticTyler2. My email is *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** and I had my Minecraft account under that email after transferring my Mojang account to a Microsoft account. My Mojang account email was *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** . I have had the usernames axolost, axol0st, cyanaxolotl and AquaticTyler. I don't know what I have to do to prove I own the account, but I really need that account back. It means a lot to me.

    I'm very sorry to hear you lost everything on your Xbox 360. I know this situation is not ideal, but you can redownload the items you lost by following the steps on our Redownload
    Xbox Content     page.

    I have an Xbox One now but for the answer, it wasn't helpful. I lost my saved games as well. As in Single player story mode games that aren't re-downloadable. Being a high level like 68, in a game like Skyrim, is hard to redo.

    Hello Ty, By your description your account must have been hacked and your email was changed because you managed to make another account with the same email you used before.

    In this case you should contact Xbox Customer Service and request an ATO (Account Takeover), this is because this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some data and procedures that Xbox Support has.

    Unfortunately, you can't get your data back. This usually happens when your storage device is on the tinkering point of failure and needs to be replaced.
