Everything on my menu is greyed out!!!

Okay
so basically, starting 2 days ago I just hopped on my xbox one to start playing with my friends when I noticed I had no advertisements or anything on my home screen, completely blank except for recently played games. I think nothing of it and press the home
button on my controller, then I notice that literally everything is greyed out. My friends list, all greyed out, including the options. My games and apps, all greyed out, but still functional. Even my own profile is greyed out. But the problem isn’t a network
issue, because my xbox live works just fine and so does my internet. I can still play online games and everything, I just can’t do anything with my friends list. I can still see when and who is online though, just all greyed out. I’ve tried restarting my console
every which way, disconnecting the wifi and such, and waiting things out. Nobody seems to have the same problem online, and I wanna figure out how I can fix this without some support person telling me stuff that obviously won’t work and waste my time. Sorry
for the long post, I talk a lot. I would greatly appreciate some advice, especially from anyone who’s had this problem!

Okay! So i fixed it! I tried literally everything under the sun, but the thing that actually fixed everything was factory resetting my xbox. Everything works fine now! Hope this helps someone in the future.

Okay so i did this and i think it solved my initial problem, because now the things that are available arent showing as blank, which are my other profiles. The only problem is that whenever i try to sign into any account or add my old one back, it says
“For some reason microsoft took too long to start” and now i cant even sign in to play my games. Not even the help app will load when i click on it. I’ve also tried restarting and it isn’t changing.

Yeah I think its probably PC. I can go into the voice recording menu but everything is greyed out and unselectable.

Hope fully its added soon as I think it would really add to the game for me.
