    If everything is becoming digital and if Microsoft was to shut down and I only have single player games like Doom Halo fable expedition 33 and so on will I still be able to play them when Microsoft is gone in the future.

    Thank you for replying!! I understand it's just it makes you worry with the physicals are going away and I'm just worried about the gaming, of all love for gaming and to keep it alive even after. Again thank you so much

    The entire industry has been going digital for the last 20 years, PC has been basically exclusively digital for 10

    Microsoft is unlikely to be going anywhere anytime soon, it's really not worth worrying about at this point. There is literally no other game company who has done more to make sure that you can play your old games then they have

    The digital generation that is used to having a hand held device that provides everything is now becoming adults. They are used to having these devices with them all the time and using them to a great extent. There is not much to be done right now where
    there is limited connectivity until that is rectified.

    So I networked transfer elden ring and downloaded it and everything and I bought the game on disc for Xbox one and I have an xbox series s and now it’s telling me that I do not own it

    Can you guys give me a digital code bc I thought digital transfer was were we moved our games and would become digital
