Everything down, even offline games

Frustrating that the service alert says just "purchasing content" affected. Cant even play standalone games that don't require online connection. No games work, not even in offline mode. What BS. Why would live service issues affect a game not requiring
an online connection like mount and blade?

What is Microsoft going to do seeing how I couldn't use my xbox one even offline for well over an hour!?

I have this same issues every time the Xbox one live network goes down I cant even login offline and as much as the network has gone down on me since launch the not even being able to login offline and play games offline is getting old because every body
know that if you cant sign in to your profile you cant play from your save game

 

yet again xbox live is down

I don't know why we should be paying when it's always going down and when it goes down I can't even play games offline this systems just full of bull.

Currently there is an active Service Alert which is consistent with most errors occurring in the involvement of digital items.

The website allows us to notify you when the services are back up through the notify me selection in the green bar.

Our suggestions are to follow basic troubleshooting procedures as our engineers release a patch throughout each region for all users.

This process takes time, what is advised is to follow variants of Restarting the Console as in some cases the console may only
need a fresh start.

I am having the exact same issue. I have gotten the purchase and content thing before but could still access my games but now...everything to include those i run a disc with are down and inaccessible.

 

Yeah, it's frustrating that we cant use the content we have bought and downloaded. Hopefully they get it fixed soon.

 

Finally someone with a clear explanation instead of making us feel ignorant like we didnt try the power of and back on scenario. Like some erick tried expkaining in another question. Thank you so much for your thoughtful expkanation hope it gets fixed

The last time it happened,

The "engineers" tooks almost 6 hours to fix this "problems" when it was double enchantments in Neverwinter games ... I lost some money and I was so angry to have this kind of answer like "Did you restarted your console?"

Of course I did try everything ....
