Everything disappeared on my Xbox. What do I do?

Based on the description, the games and all save data were lost after reconnecting again your Xbox Console. Let us see how we can help.

It is possible that your Xbox Console is not connected to the Xbox network that is why the games downloaded and other save data is not showing. Let us check it though what is causing the issue.

Here are the troubleshooting steps that we can perform.

1.Check for any service outage with Xbox server. Click on the link below to check. If there are issue with the server, wait until the service is up and running.

2. Check if you are sign in with the correct Xbox Profile.

3. Test your Xbox Console's Network connection.

• Press the Xbox button to open the guide. Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Network settings > Test network connection.

4. Add or remove an Xbox profile.

my friend bought me a game for christmas. i went to hit the redeem code and the code then completely disappeared. i have looked through everything and cannot find it. what do i do?

sorry im still quite new what do you mean by erasing your profile from your hardrive and downloading it again if i erased the profile wont everything disappear

Kindly try to perform the following troubleshooting steps:

(Skip the step if it's not applicable)

RESTART ONLINE FUNCTIONALITY

Launch Microsoft Flight Simulator.

Go to Options > General > Data

Toggle Online Functionality OFF

Click on Apply & Save

Toggle Online Functionality ON

Click on Apply & Save



FORCE THE REGISTRATION

Close Microsoft Flight Simulator

Navigate to the DCE folder. Depending on your version this folder is nested by default inside the following folders:

MICROSOFT STORE VERSION

C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState

STEAM VERSION

C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator

RETAIL DISC VERSION

C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Local\MSFSPackages

Delete the DCE folder.

Launch Microsoft Flight Simulator. The folder will recreate, and force the registration.



TEST FOR CONFLICTS

Close Microsoft Flight Simulator

Navigate to your installation folder

Rename the 'Community' folder into 'TestCommunity'

Launch Microsoft Flight Simulator

If the aircraft reappeared in the hangar, change 'TestCommunity' back to 'Community'

Move your mods to a temporary folder

Replace your mods into the 'Community' folder one by one until you find the package responsible for the issue.



REINSTALL THE PACKAGE MANUALLY

Navigate to the 'Official' folder

Locate and delete the package (for example 'indiafoxtecho-t45c')

Launch Microsoft Flight Simulator

Open the Content Manager

Download the package again.
