    Everyone on Friends list goes offline randomly & Other Social Server Issues


    Every now and again, everyone on my friends list goes offline and I have to wait sometimes up to 10 minutes for the friends that are online to slowly pop up again.

    ALSO recently my friends and I have been encountering problems where when someone joins the party, it has a random chance to make someone or all people in the party to not be able to hear each other.

    Lastly, the Xbox servers in general recently (for a couple of months) have been the worst I’ve ever seen so please optimize the servers.

    Disclaimer: I am on Xbox Insider Beta but my friends have been having the same exact problems as me for the same exact time.

    P.S. My friends and I have been experiencing the first problem for months now so please try to fix the issue!

    I have the same issues. It goes offline and online randomly but only stays online for 2-3 mins then back offline it goes.

    This has been a known issue for a week or two now. I believe they're still working on the fix for this random bug.

    Hello

    It will most likely be a bug due to the server being under heavy load.

    I have also seen my friend list empty and then from time to time it will say everyone is offline.
