Everyone needs to read this ASAP! These suspensions are getting out of hand!!!!

these suspensions are getting out of hand I got suspended from Nov. 1st to the third and suddenly, I get that suspension extended all the way to the 17th! Why u may ask well I wanted to know as well so I disputed the suspension and to my great surprise this is what I was told. In the email, I was told that after the first suspension they went into my account and read other messages that I had in my messages EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE NOT REPORTED. He said that in my messages I have other messages that contain curse words, smack talk, etc. that go against the community standards and that is why they are extending my suspension for another 2 weeks! They have no right to go into my account and read my messages that weren't even reported to them and decide to extend my suspension and on top of that, they added no multiplayer as well on top of no messages, editing profile, no use of the mic, etc. So, to add salt to the wound I just paid for Ultimate on the first now because of this I get to play 10 days total out of thirty days of that Ultimate subscription that cost me 14.99. plus, tax. O and of course no refund would even be thought about in this situation. This is getting out of hand I didn't give them permission to go into my account read my PRIVATE MESSAGES that could contain personal information. I know it's not in the agreement when you first sign up for Xbox live cause I went back and looked. it says nothing of the sort and for them to do this is an invasion of privacy for one and has made me lose a lot of trust in Xbox who I have stuck by now since the original Xbox. Yes, I have been an Xbox member since then and this is how they treat you like you are a piece of trash and your privacy doesn't matter at all and it's not protected. all and all that has happened for them doing this to me as you can guess NOTHING has been done to fulfill my faith in Xbox again and I'm quite sure nothing will be done for them invading my privacy without permission. but that's how it is now these "ambassadors" can do whatever they want now. no joke my credit card was stolen around the 8th of this month you have to wonder did he go look at that info as well while he was reading my messages and no I'm not joking my credit card was really stolen. Who knows what they have access to. Xbox will just deny that something like this can happen and that they don't have access to your messages and personal info but why would he tell me he read my other messages in my account and came to the conclusion to extend my suspension for 2 more weeks. i would post it but this discussion would be locked right away and deleted. which is most likely what is actually going to happen anyway.
