Every time i try to log into the cloud threw my gamepass

So I have 2 profiles and 1 gamepass for my wife and I but now we have 2 boxes to play when she goes to play under her name it says failure to log into email account because there is another account recognized to it. When she set it up original it was under my name because she didnt have a profile but it was her email she connected her cloud 2. So now when she goes under her profile and im signed off she cant pull up her game even threw the cloud. Help

I purchased them it not popping up it wasn't threw gamepass and it is active but it wasn't threw gamepass

Thank you for the reply. However the only issue with this is that the game I'm trying to launch through cloud doesn't have the cloud icon in my library but it does when I look at it through the gamepass store. In my library instead of showing the gamepass and cloud icon it just shows the name of the game and "owned"
