Every time I try to log into a realm it says I need to authorise with Microsoft

I have tried to log into my microsoft account on my ps4 and every time i try to login it says “account already linked on another ps4”, even tho i have never logged into another ps4?

I own a switch and i was trying to play minecraft with my friends. We decided to set up a realm so i logged in with my microsoft account. After closing the game, i joined back in just to be met by ‘failed to log into microsoft account’. It is very
frustrating because every time i log back in i have to go through the whole code thing over and over and over. It is horrible and really ruining my experience. Does anyone know how to fix this or can microsoft please fix it? You have one of the worst account
login systems in the world and something needs to change. I have triend many different methods to no avail so i would really like some help.

Microsoft was having problems. Can you still not log in?

Log out and then log back on again. It works for me every single time that those 2 boxes are not highlighted and as soon as I log out completely and then come back on it works every time. I'm not saying this is your problem but I'm just saying it works for me every time so it's worth a try if you haven't already done it.

There was an update released yesterday. If the world you are trying to connect to is a realm then the owner of the realm needs to have their game updated and then needs to log in on the realm to have it updated.

General public release of the game is 1.13. Anything higher is still the beta version.
