    Every time I try to add a controller it turns the other one off instead of having 2 players. Am I doing something wrong? I try the start or options button but doesn't do anything. How do I get both controllers to stay on to play multi player?

    Yeah it's the most annoying glitch. A fix needs to arrive ASAP.

    If you have 2 controllers, turn one off and plug headset into the other one. (Fixes the issue every time and no need to reset).

    Controller connection problems

    I had this problem before but I got it working after a while. Try turning off your console and turning it back on. Then, press the 2 sync buttons, one is on the controller and one is on the console itself, at the same time. If that don't work, turn off the
    console again and turn it back on and try to press each sync button in a different combination. Hope this fixes your controller problem.

    I have had the same issue. Every time i try to load a game it starts the splash screen and then it turns off. and so much that i cannot use the controller to turn in back on.

    To avoid this in the future every time you add time to Xbox live it will automatically turn on recurring billing, every time. I just go in and turn it off when I add time to Xbox live.
